Magnolia Management is excited to announce the unveiling of our new Self-Service Portal for Owners. The easy-to-use Owner Access Portal allows property owners to go online to view their current account balances and review past payment history, anytime from anywhere.
Per Article 3 of the Act of Restrictions for Fair Oaks Estates Subdivision, any and all exterior improvements to your home or property must be approved by the Fair Oaks Estates Architectural Committee. Once the Architectural Committee receives your formal request they have 30 days to review and make a decision as whether to approve or deny the request.
To submit a formal request for an exterior improvement:

Once your form is submitted Magnolia Management Services will notify you on the status of your request
